The Year 4 Writing, English, Mathematics and Thinking Skills(WEMT) course is being revamped to offer innovative modules, requiring a significant weekly commitment from students. This update aims to enhance learning through deep engagement with new material in a stimulating environment, fostering both foundational knowledge and advanced critical thinking skills for academic success.
OC Trial Test Course
The course consists of different types of questions and reflects the format, timing and conditions of the actual exam. It will help students to manage the test time efficiently, minimise errors, overcome exam nerves and perform at his or her optimum level.

The WEMT curriculum is an integrated approach to learning that combines Writing, English, Mathematics, and Thinking Skills in a cohesive and engaging manner.

Writing
Providing most efficient skills of organising the structure of the writing. Focus on developing critical thinking and reasoning skills.
English
Encourage constant interaction between the student and teacher when reading and answering the questions. Provide learning which focuses on reading skills and practicing reading comprehension, language convention questions.
Mathematics
Essential tuition to completely understand mathematical theories, principle and formulas to solve mathematical problems. Organised materials with a variety of practical questions.
Thinking Skills
The Thinking Skills course includes challenging problem-solving and critical thinking questions. Students enhance their ability to analyze information, reason logically through arguments, and evaluate assumptions and arguments effectively.

OC Trial Test Course
Designed for students preparing for the OC placement test. The course offers weekly assessments to evaluate student’s knowledge and test performance. By participating in the OC trial tests on a regular basis, students can systematically enhance their exam skills and gain the confidence needed to excel in the OC Placement Test. In order to adapt to the evolving landscape of OC placement tests, the OCTTC framework has been updated to include new question types that have recently appeared in the tests. By enrolling in the OCTTC, students will learn effective time management strategies, reduce errors, conquer exam anxiety and perform at their best in the OC exam.

Exam Preperation with Trial Test
Committed students enrolled in the OCTTC course will access simulated questions closely mirroring the actual exam format. Additionally, the OCTTC is designed to support students preparing for the Opportunity Class Placement Test. This course offers a unique approach that harnesses students’ skills and motivation, helping them build confidence in a high-stakes exam environment
Optimising Exam Performance
Our Computer Based Test format is intuitively designed, providing students the opportunity to refine their exam strategy, increase test taking accuracy and showcase their potential in the actual exam.
